We provided immediate attendance to secure the Langney Shopping Centre after a considerable part of the roof structure collapsed in the middle of the night in December 2012. We worked with consultants and building professionals to forensically examine and removed the collapsed structure. Once a detailed analysis had been undertaken on the reasons for the failure, we commenced a fast track 12 week programme of works to reinstate the roof structure to the central square and to strengthen all the remaining parts of the roof structure to the shopping centre. All structural repairs with bolted sections were twice torque checked, recorded and photographed. All the works were completed on programme and within the contract sum.
